WE Are All IN
Are You?
Our Church
All In Church was founded in 2020 by Pastors Tony and Maira Wilkins—right in the middle of the COVID-19 lockdown, in their living room. While churches everywhere were closing, God called us to open our doors and our hearts. From those humble beginnings, All In has grown into a multi-cultural, Spirit-led, discipleship-driven church with a passion to reach the world.
Our Vision
We are raising an army of sons and daughters of God who will father the nations. To us, fathering means more than teaching—it’s discipleship rooted in love, responsibility, and a desire to see every believer thrive in every aspect of life. This vision shapes everything we do, from our gatherings to our leadership development.
What to Expect
We are a disciple-making church committed to equipping every believer to walk in the fullness of the 5-Fold ministry and lead with confidence in every area of life. We accomplish this through Sunday services, small groups & 1-on-1 discipleship. Expect preaching filled with biblical truth, personal mentorship, and a deep reliance on God’s power.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower people right where they are—beginning in the home—through discipleship groups we call Alive Groups. These groups are the heartbeat of our church, where spiritual growth, leadership, and authentic relationships flourish. Our dream is to see Alive Groups multiplying across Florida, throughout America, and to the ends of the earth.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations... teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20)

Our Pastor
Senior Pastors: Tony & Maira Wilkins
Pastors Tony and Maira Wilkins’ journey began with a prophetic word just three months into their marriage in 1990 while serving in Brazil. They were told to plant churches and to learn Spanish—adding to the Portuguese and English they already spoke. That word marked them deeply, and soon after, they planted two churches in Brazil—one in Santa Felicidade (Curitiba) and another in Ponta Grossa.
In 2003, the Lord led them to Florida to support church plants in Miami and West Palm Beach. After years of fruitful ministry in South Florida, they felt a stirring to move north to Central Florida. There, they served at Church In The Son in Orlando for eight years, where they invested heavily in small groups and pastoral ministry. In October 2017, at an MFI Conference, they received a prophetic word that changed everything: to raise an army of disciple-makers and send them to the nations.
That vision gained full clarity in December 2019, and by June 2020—right in the midst of a global shutdown—they launched All In Church near UCF and Full Sail University. From the beginning, their heart has been to reach both families and students locally, while building global discipleship and missions. Their call is clear: to equip and release empowered disciple-makers who carry Kingdom culture into every sphere of life.
Young Adults Pastor: Joel Stunkard
Joel Stunkard is a pastor, evangelist, and author with a heart to see young adults encounter the power of God and live boldly for Jesus. Before being ordained in 2023, he served in ministries like CRU, YoungLife, and others—spending years discipling and mentoring students. Joel has preached the Gospel across Poland, Kenya, Uganda, and the U.S., reaching tens of thousands with the hope and salvation found in Jesus.
He is passionate about raising up a generation of confident, Spirit-filled disciple-makers who won't back down in the face of adversity. As co-founder of a digital ministry reaching thousands of youth across video games and the metaverse, Joel continues to find creative ways to disciple the next generation. He calls All In Church home and counts it a joy to serve under Pastors Tony and Maira. His invitation to every young adult is simple: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon YOU. (Luke 4:18) You don’t have to be an ordained minister to do the works of Jesus!”
Our Beliefs
-
We believe in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis; man’s total spiritual depravity and inability to attain to divine righteousness (Romans 5:12, 18).
-
We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary, by which we obtain remission of sins (Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:12; Romans 5:11).
-
We believe in the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith (Ephesians 5:18; 2 Corinthians 6:14; 7:1).
-
We believe in the reality and personality of Satan and eternal judgment of Satan and his angels (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10-15).
-
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, very God and very man (Luke 1:26-35; John 1:18; Isaiah 7:14; 9:6).
-
We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the name of the eternal Godhead in order to fulfill the command of Christ (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:36-39; 19:1-6).
-
We believe in the healing of the body by divine power, or divine healing in its varied aspects as practiced in the Early Church (Acts 4:30; Romans 8:11; 1 Corinthians 12:9; James 5:14).
-
We believe that the Great Commission was not just for the Jesus’s Twelve Disciples but for all believers as God’s master plan to reach the world (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-18).
-
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, distinguishable but indivisible (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
-
We believe in the plenary, verbal inspiration of the accepted canon of the Scriptures as originally given (2 Timothy 3:16; 1 Corinthians 2:13).
-
We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples (1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Romans 4:25).
-
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct aspect of the Christian foundational experience, which includes speaking in tongues (personal prayer language), with the main purpose of empowerment to witness, to conquer sin and to live a holy life (Acts 2:1-4; 8:14-17; 10:44-46; 19:6, Galatians 3:14-15).
-
We believe in the Table of the Lord, commonly called Communion or the Lord's Supper, for believers (1 Corinthians 11:23-32).
-
We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus to heaven, His exaltation and personal, literal and bodily coming again the second time for the Church (John 14:2-3; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
-
We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12-14, manifested in the Early Church.
-
We believe in eternal life for believers (John 5:24; 3:16) and eternal punishment for unbelievers (Mark 9:43-48; 2 Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 20:10-15).
